TASTING
Petit Manseng, an emblematic grape variety of the Southwest, has a golden color. The first nose is fruity, with dried fruit (apricot and dried fig). Then comes floral notes such as honeysuckle and truffle. The palate is full-bodied, with vanilla notes. Notes of undergrowth and dried fig intermingle, rounded out by the honeyed aspect (acacia honey).
